"I have gone though the book "Achieving Business
Excellence". Normally, we expect a book of this nature to contain a large
amount of text with a reasonable number of illustrations. It is indeed a
refreshing change to see a large number of illustrations with a reasonable
length of text. Another distinguishing feature is the way the experience of
successful companies is interwoven into the flow of the book. It is not in the
name of "Case Studies"; It is part of the
general flow. A third distinguishing feature I noticed about the book is the
conceptualization of the themes as acronyms, whether it is Leadership or
Innovation. The method will reinforce the theme pretty well. I am sure the book
will excite all managers to adopt the principles effectively to take their
organisations on the right path to excellence.
